The Nursery
From 2 years of age
The Nursery is for children from their second birthday until they reach Reception. Children immerse themselves in play-based learning. The Nursery room is light, spacious and designed with young children in mind.
Junior School
Reception to Year 6
The Junior School is home to our 4-11 year olds. There is an exciting academic curriculum with an emphasis on enjoying learning. Equally important is the co-curricular, as well as pastoral support. There is a full programme of after school options on offer.
Senior School
Year 7 to Year 11
The Senior School is where our children really find their passions. Small class sizes mean we really do know our pupils. We work with children to develop their confidence and independence. We pride ourselves on our pastoral support and believe it is the X factor in our pupils' education.
Sixth Form
Year 12 to Year 13
The Sixth Form is the pinnacle of the St Margaret’s experience. Here our students make enormous strides in deciding their academic progress and futures. Our university preparation, Extended Project Qualification, along with our General Studies programme, all ensure an exciting and engaging curriculum.

Examination Results
65% of 2025 A-Level grades were A* - B
Our small class sizes, and high level of teacher contact time, means we prepare pupils across the examination years rather than for a stressful sprint towards the exams.
Boarding
Full boarding, weekly and flexi options for all from 11-18
A mix of modern facilities and historic buildings means our boarders love their accommodation. With personalised pastoral support, a luxury of EAL provision for those that need it, our boarders make impressive progress here.
